У статті досліджено зарубіжний досвід формування економічних механізмів залучення та використання прямих іноземних інвестицій в умовах трансформації економіки. Систематизовано сучасні підходи до інвестиційної політики та виокремлено європейську інституційну, інноваційно-технологічну, структурно-трансформаційну й ризик-орієнтовану моделі залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій (далі -ПІІ). Визначено роль інституційного забезпечення, цифровізації, післяінвестиційного супроводу та механізмів управління ризиками. Обґрунтовано доцільність формування в Україні комбінованої моделі, орієнтованої на залучення якісних ПІІ, структурну модернізацію та післявоєнне відновлення економіки. Запропоновано напрями її реалізації через розвиток подальшого обслуговування, цифрової інвестиційної інфраструктури, адресної підтримки стратегічних проєктів і механізмів страхування воєнних та політичних ризиків.
