INTEGRATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN INDUSTRY 5.0 THE ROLE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) within Industry 5.0 represents a pivotal evolution in the industrial landscape, characterized by a synergistic relationship between advanced technologies and human-centric approaches. This transition opens up new perspectives for societal and economic development, emphasizing the need for sustainable practices. The role of public governance in this transformative process is crucial, as it serves as a facilitator and regulator, guiding the interplay between innovation and societal needs. Effective public management can foster an environment where AI technologies are safely integrated into various sectors, thereby enhancing productivity while also addressing social and environmental challenges. Achieving sustainable development necessitates the implementation of strategic initiatives that align innovative technologies with economic, social, and ecological objectives. Public authorities must actively participate in creating frameworks that support the responsible deployment of AI, ensuring that these technologies contribute positively to social welfare and economic stability. Such frameworks should prioritize transparency, ethical considerations, and inclusivity, enabling all stakeholders to benefit from the advancements brought by AI. Moreover, public governance must promote collaboration between governmental bodies, private enterprises, academic institutions, and civil society organizations. This multi-stakeholder approach facilitates knowledge sharing, skill development, and resource allocation, ultimately leading to a more cohesive strategy for integrating AI into Industry 5.0. Additionally, investment in education and workforce training is vital to equip individuals with the necessary skills to adapt to the evolving job market driven by AI technologies. In conclusion, the successful integration of artificial intelligence into Industry 5.0 is contingent upon the active involvement of public governance. By developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that bridge technological innovation with societal needs, public authorities can ensure sustainable development that not only drives economic growth but also enhances the quality of life for all citizens. The collaborative efforts between various sectors will lay the groundwork for a future where technology and humanity coexist harmoniously, fostering a resilient and sustainable society.
