ARCHITECTONICS OF THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEM OF MEDICAL SERVICES AS A COMPONENT OF HEALTHCARE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

The article examines the architectonics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of medical services as a component of healthcare system development. The relevance of the study is determined by digitalization, innovation, changes in healthcare financing, growing competition in the medical services market, and the impact of military, demographic and socio-economic challenges. Under these conditions, healthcare is transforming from a set of separate institutions into a multi-level ecosystem based on the interaction of public authorities, private medical providers, educational and scientific institutions, investors, digital platforms, public organizations, patients and partners. The purpose of the study is to develop a conceptual model of the architectonics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of medical services and to characterize its key elements and interrelations. The research methodology is based on a systemic approach, structural-functional analysis, logical generalization, conceptual modeling, and systematization of scientific sources on entrepreneurial ecosystems, digital healthcare ecosystems, medical entrepreneurship and healthcare transformation. The study substantiates that the architectonics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of medical services should be interpreted as an ordered structure that reflects the composition of key actors, the logic of their interaction, functional contours, resource flows, digital connections, coordination mechanisms and expected outcomes for healthcare. The proposed model includes subject, object, managerial-regulatory, functional-resultative, entrepreneurial-innovative, digital-communication, investment-resource, educational-scientific, personnel and social-partnership elements. It is proved that their interaction forms an adaptive, innovation-oriented and sustainable healthcare ecosystem capable of improving the accessibility, quality, competitiveness and efficiency of medical services. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed conceptual model to improve strategic management mechanisms in healthcare, develop digital transformation policies, strengthen medical entrepreneurship, enhance interaction between ecosystem actors and modernize the healthcare system under contemporary socio-economic and technological transformations.
