The article examines the role of green technologies in shaping the innovation potential of sustainable development in industrial entrepreneurship. It substantiates that, under conditions of environmental transformation, digitalization of production, intensifying climate challenges, and European integration processes, green technologies acquire significance not only as an environmental protection tool but also as a strategic instrument for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The essence of green technologies is revealed as a set of technological, engineering, managerial, and digital solutions aimed at reducing the negative impact of economic activity on the environment while simultaneously improving the economic efficiency of production. The main areas of their implementation at industrial enterprises are identified, including energy efficiency, decarbonization, the use of renewable energy sources, resource-efficient production, and the circular economy. The article emphasizes that green technologies stimulate the renewal of fixed assets, the development of digital monitoring, the improvement of management systems, the upskilling of personnel, the integration of ESG approaches, and the formation of new business models. Special attention is paid to the importance of green technological transformation for the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s industry, as it enables not only the restoration of production capacities but also their modernization in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, European environmental standards, and resource security requirements. It is proven that green technologies constitute a strategic basis for the innovative renewal and resilience of industrial entrepreneurship.
