MODERN MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONS BASED ON THE INTEGRATION OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS

The article considers the concepts of strategic management, project management and business process management, determines their features and the possibility of integration into the organization's management system. The feasibility of integration is determined by the need to adapt to the turbulence of the external environment, where traditional approaches to strategic management do not yield the desired results. An analysis of scientific publications has been conducted that determine the feasibility of combining strategic management and project management, project management and business process management. The combination of the three concepts will create the prerequisites for increasing the efficiency of organizational management. The integration of project management and business process management into the strategic management system provides organizations with competitive advantages based on innovation and cost reduction. A system of horizontal and vertical connections at the strategic, tactical and operational levels in the management system built on the proposed approach has been determined. The operational level allows for the effective use of the organization's key strategic assets. At the operational level, continuous improvement of business processes allows for cost reduction and productivity growth. Cost reduction is achieved by optimizing resources, eliminating redundant processes, improving or reengineering business processes. Productivity growth occurs as a result of process coordination, ensuring staff involvement and process transparency. The article describes the goals, objectives and management tools at the strategic, tactical and operational levels of management. The sequence of interaction in the organization's management system, built on the proposed integration approach, is determined. Strategic management in combination with project management and business process management provides an effective combination of flexibility and structure, coordination of short-term goals with long-term strategy. The proposed approach provides an increase in the efficiency of the organization's management system.
