FACTORS INFLUENCING THE STRATEGY OF MANAGING LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY ACTIVITIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE'S RESOURCE POTENTIAL

Abstract

Logistics is an important component of the modern economy, as it ensures the efficient and economical movement of goods and services from the producer to the consumer. The rational use of resources is also an urgent issue, as it contributes to sustainable development and reducing environmental impact. We consider the relationship between these two aspects and suggest ways of their integration. In the era of limited resources and growing environmental problems, the concept of rational use of resources occupies a central place in all industries. Logistics, the lifeblood of global trade and manufacturing, is becoming the most important battleground for achieving this imperative. Every decision made throughout the supply chain, from the sourcing of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, directly affects resource consumption. The optimization of these solutions becomes a primary task for ensuring a sustainable and efficient logistics ecosystem and ensuring the development of the resource potential of enterprises. Despite the time of appearance and wide application in one or another period of the concepts of strategic development management, each of them is still widely used in management practice. The article examines theoretical approaches to the problem of increasing the efficiency of the strategy of logistics activities to ensure the development of the enterprise's resource potential. The issue of the role of logistics in the rational use of resources and ensuring the development of the enterprise's resource potential is considered. The author analyzes various aspects of the interaction of these two areas and suggests ways of their integration to increase the efficiency of resource use and reduce environmental impact. Factors affecting the efficiency of the logistics activity of the enterprise were studied. The essential characteristics of the process of increasing the efficiency of logistics activities at the enterprise have been determined. According to the level of controllability on the part of the enterprise, it is proposed to systematize the factors into controlled and uncontrolled. The paper also examines the advantages of choosing the main logistics factors that enable the enterprise to flexibly respond to changes in the market environment.
