DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPREHENSIVE MODEL FOR ASSESSING THE EFFICIENCY OF LOGISTIC ACTIVITIES IN ORGANIZATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL NETWORKS

Abstract

The need for improvement and development of logistics activities in organizations and organizational networks is determined. It is substantiated that the functioning of modern logistics activities in organizations and organizational networks in Ukraine requires achieving the maximum level of efficiency in order to increase competitive advantages in the market. This, in turn, requires the use of modern and proven mathematical apparatus, which is capable of processing a large array of various types of data in a short period of time with a given reliability of making management decisions. n the course of the conducted research, classical methods of analysis were used to solve the problem of analyzing the conditions and factors that affect the efficiency of logistics activities in organizations and organizational networks. And the theory of artificial intelligence was also used to process various types of data in the course of evaluating the effectiveness of logistics activities in organizations and organizational networks. The object of research is the process of managing logistics activities in organizations and organizational networks. The subject of the study is classical and intellectual methods of the effectiveness of the functioning of logistics activities in organizations and organizational networks. The study developed a comprehensive model for assessing the effectiveness of logistics operations in organizations and organizational networks. The novelty of the study: possible risks of disruption of the task of providing goods and services in organizations and organizational networks are assessed; the influence of the performance evaluation indicators of the logistic support system in organizations and organizational networks on each other is determined; the influence of a group of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of logistics support in organizations and organizational networks on a separate indicator is determined. It is advisable to implement the specified model in algorithmic and software when identifying and identifying challenges and threats to logistics support in organizations and organizational networks.
