STRATEGIES FOR ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES IN WAR CONDITIONS

The article substantiates that ensuring the economic security of food industry enterprises in wartime is an extremely important task for maintaining their sustainability, competitiveness and ability to supply food to the population. It is determined that identifying and minimizing risks, optimizing costs and ensuring financial sustainability, searching for new suppliers and logistics channels, investing in information security and digitalization, supporting personnel and social responsibility, strategic planning and adapting business models to the external environment of operation remain of great importance in the further activities of food industry enterprises and require the development of appropriate development strategies in wartime. Key threats and challenges affecting the stability of their activities are outlined, in particular, risks associated with disruption of logistics chains, resource shortages, reduced purchasing power, and danger to employees. The implementation of the proposed strategies to ensure the economic security of food industry enterprises will help reduce the impact of military risks and adapt their activities to war conditions. The use of mathematical models and formulas allows you to assess the level of economic security of the enterprise, determine the efficiency of enterprise operations, and reduce the impact of crisis situations. The results of the study may be useful for managers of food industry enterprises, economic security specialists, and government agencies in developing strategies for stabilizing the industry in times of war. The recommendations provided are of practical importance for managers of enterprises, economic security specialists, and government agencies involved in stabilizing the industry in times of war. In times of war, a systematic approach to ensuring economic security will be the key to the sustainability of the food industry and a guarantee of the country's food security.
