DETERMINING THE WEIGHT OF THE IMPACT OF RISKS ON THE ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES AS A STAGE OF MANAGEMENT

The article substantiates the need to take into account the impact of numerous risks of various nature and duration on the economic activities of agricultural enterprises in an unstable economic and political environment, rapid transformational changes, active development of scientific and technological progress and innovative processes accompanying military interventions in the country's territory. An algorithm for determining the weight of the impact of risks on the economic activity of each of the studied agricultural enterprises using the expert assessment method is proposed, which involves: selecting experts, conducting an expert survey, calculating the average score for each risk, normalizing values, and obtaining the weight of the impact of each of the identified risks on the economic activity of agricultural enterprises. Agricultural enterprises of the Lviv region were selected as the subjects of the study. The risks studied included: changes in temperature regime, droughts, floods, frosts, hail, strong winds and storms, changes in precipitation regime, changes in precipitation regime, soil erosion. climatic instability, pests, soil diseases, weeds, ecosystem change, anthropogenic factors, fluctuations in agricultural product prices, rising costs, credit risks, exchange rate fluctuations, demand changes, infrastructure instability, competition, liquidity risk, inflation risks, insolvency risk, investment risks, asset value risk, insufficient skilled labor, social conflicts, social policy changes, demographic change risks, changes in cultural and social values, social inequality, social isolation, technology mismatch, risks of introducing new technologies, equipment failures, automation and robotization risks, genetic technology risks, violations of land legislation, non-compliance with environmental standards, abor disputes, shortcomings in contractual work, non-compliance with quality standards, tax risks, changes in legislation, product liability.
