INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF ENTERPRISES: ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC DETERMINANTS OF ITS FORMATION AND UTILIZATION

The article examines the essence, structure, and key factors influencing the formation and realization of the innovative potential of enterprises. It is determined that innovative potential encompasses a set of internal and external resources that ensure an enterprise's ability to generate, implement, and commercialize innovations. Internal components include human capital, technological base, financial resources, organizational structure, and corporate culture. Among external factors, market demand, competitive environment, government support, and global technological trends play a crucial role. The article emphasizes organizational determinants, particularly the importance of implementing flexible management models that enhance adaptability and stimulate employees' creative activity. Leadership that fosters an innovative culture is highlighted as a decisive factor for success. The economic aspects cover the analysis of investments in research and development (R&D), access to financial resources, and the effectiveness of government programs to stimulate innovation. The article underscores the importance of partnerships between the private and public sectors, the use of tax incentives, and grants to support the innovation activities of enterprises. Based on the obtained results, practical recommendations are proposed to strengthen innovative potential, including the creation of innovation clusters, the adoption of modern digital technologies, and the enhancement of collaboration between businesses, academia, and government. Thus, the article substantiates the necessity of a comprehensive approach to forming and utilizing innovative potential, based on the interaction of organizational and economic factors. The implementation of the proposed approaches will contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, their market resilience, and their contribution to the overall economic development of the country.
