ЛЮДСЬКИЙ КАПІТАЛ У ПОШТОВІЙ ЛОГІСТИЦІ ЯК ФАКТОР ПРИСКОРЕНОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ КРИТИЧНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ УКРАЇНИ

У статті досліджено трансформацію ринку праці України в умовах сучасних економічних та демографічних викликів. Встановлено, що посилення трудової міграції та скорочення чисельності економічно активного населення формують дефіцит трудових ресурсів у ключових секторах економіки. Особливу увагу приділено логістичній сфері та діяльності поштових операторів, ефективність яких залежить від якості організації сортувальних операцій. Запропоновано модель оцінки ефективності сортувальних процесів з урахуванням продуктивності праці, часу виконання операцій та рівня помилок. Обґрунтовано вплив людського капіталу на підвищення ефективності логістичних систем в умовах кадрового дефіциту. Доведено, що підвищення кваліфікації персоналу сприяє зменшенню кількості помилок та скороченню часу обробки відправлень.
