TRANSFORMATION OF APPROACHES TO ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article determines that traditional approaches to ensuring economic security due to the fragmentation of management decisions, the reactive nature of measures and insufficient consideration of long-term development goals of enterprises gradually lose their effectiveness in a dynamic and unstable economic environment. The essence of the economic security of the enterprise is revealed. It is determined that the modern paradigm of economic security is based on the transition from the concept of static security to the model of dynamic stability, which assumes the ability of the enterprise to adapt to structural changes, maintain functional integrity and ensure continuity of development. A schematic representation of the evolution of approaches to ensuring the economic security of enterprises is proposed, ranging from a protective approach, resource, functional, systemic to adaptive-strategic, which allows us to interpret economic security as a continuous process of reproducing stability and forming competitive advantages of food industry enterprises based on the coordination of resource capabilities, the level of risks and strategic development goals. It is substantiated that the evolution of approaches to ensuring the economic security of enterprises reflects the transition from reactive and fragmented models to complex and strategically oriented management systems. The main threats to the economic security of food industry enterprises have been identified in the following groups: financial and economic, production and technological, raw material and resource, market and competitive, personnel and social, institutional and legal, innovation and investment, logistics and infrastructure, environmental and sanitary, force majeure and macroeconomic. An info-logical scheme for the transformation of approaches to ensuring the economic security of food industry enterprises has been developed. It is motivated that under modern conditions, economic security goes beyond the purely protective function, focused on neutralizing threats and minimizing losses, and acquires strategic content, integrating into the enterprise development management system.
