PARADIGMAL BASIS OF TRANSFORMATION OF HUMAN CAPITAL FORMATION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN CHALLENGES

The article explores the theoretical and methodological principles of human capital formation in agricultural enterprises in the context of modern socio-economic transformations and global challenges. Scientific approaches to interpreting the essence of the concept of “human capital” are summarized based on the analysis of the works of domestic scientists and leading international organizations. Key approaches to its understanding are systematized, in particular, personal, resource, investment, synergistic and innovative, which allowed to form a holistic vision of human capital as a multidimensional economic category that combines knowledge, skills, competencies, motivation and intellectual potential of a person. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of modern challenges on the process of formation and development of human capital in the agricultural sector. It is established that demographic trends, in particular, the reduction of the rural population and the aging of the workforce, lead to a decrease in labor resources and a decrease in their quality. Migration processes cause an outflow of qualified labor, which deepens the imbalance in the labor market. Digitalization of the economy creates a need for new competencies, in particular digital literacy, the ability to work with data and innovative technologies. Globalization processes increase competition in international markets, requiring increased efficiency and quality of labor potential. At the same time, military risks associated with the destruction of infrastructure, relocation of enterprises, mobilization of workers and general instability significantly complicate the process of reproduction of human capital. Based on the conducted research, the author's definition of the concepts of "human capital" and "human capital of an agricultural enterprise" is proposed, which takes into account modern transformation processes, in particular digitalization, globalization and the impact of crisis and military factors, and reflects their strategic importance for ensuring the effective development of the agricultural sector of the economy.
