МОДЕЛІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ КОМУНІКАЦІЇ В СИСТЕМІ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я ТА ЇХ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ В УКРАЇНІ

У статті досліджено основні моделі організації комунікації в системі охорони здоров’я та особливості їх прояву в Україні. Розглянуто централізовану, децентралізовану та інтегровану моделі, визначено принципи побудови комунікаційних зв’язків, організації інформаційних потоків і координації взаємодії між учасниками системи. Узагальнено переваги та обмеження кожної моделі. Встановлено, що в сучасних системах охорони здоров’я зазначені моделі переважно поєднуються залежно від особливостей побудови національної системи охорони здоров’я. Визначено, що в Україні організація комунікації поєднує централізовані механізми нормативного регулювання, децентралізовані управлінські підходи та інтегровані механізми інформаційної взаємодії, розвиток яких значною мірою пов’язаний із функціонуванням електронної системи охорони здоров’я.
