INVESTMENTS AND INNOVATIONS IN ENTERPRISE ACTIVITIES

The article substantiates that investments contribute to the economic growth of an enterprise, as they serve as a tool for modernizing production, developing new products and services, introducing modern technologies, entering new markets, satisfying changing consumer needs, and strengthening competitiveness. The essence of product, process and organizational innovations is revealed. It is determined that product innovations encompass both the creation of new and the improvement of existing goods and services; process innovations concern the improvement of technological processes, which contributes to reducing costs and increasing production efficiency; оrganizational innovations involve changes in strategies that help optimize an enterprise's operations and increase its ability to adapt to changes in the environment. The interrelationship of investments and innovations as elements of enterprise development is argued through the influence of such factors as financing innovations, increasing competitiveness, attracting investors, the economic effect of innovations, state regulation and support, and technological changes. It is substantiated that investments provide funding for research, development, and the introduction of new technologies (products, processes, management solutions), which leads to better performance, attractiveness for investors and new investments, increased efficiency of the enterprise through increased labor productivity, enhanced competitive advantages, and achievement of sustainable development goals. It is argued that in the context of globalization, rapid technological evolution, and growing competition, investments in innovation are becoming not only an advantage, but also a necessity for enterprises to maintain their positions in the market. The opportunity to participate in joint international research and modern technological initiatives.
