ADAPTATION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE LOGISTICS IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPROVING THE MECHANISM OF RISKS NEUTRALIZATION

The article determines that the adaptation of logistics in the context of improving the mechanism for neutralizing risks in the economic activities of enterprises is a set of measures that includes the analysis of existing logistics chains, identification of their weaknesses, and prompt implementation of changes. The goals of logistics adaptation are: reducing the time for delivering products to the consumer; reducing logistics costs; reducing the risk of product loss due to delays; ensuring a stable cash flow. It is substantiated that logistics adaptation is not a one-time event, but a continuous process that requires systematic risk analysis, flexibility in management, and speed in decision-making. It is argued that to increase the efficiency of logistics adaptation, it is advisable to use mathematical risk assessment models, such as calculating the delivery risk coefficient, which demonstrates the level of reliability of the enterprise's logistics system, or the logistics adaptation index, which shows the ratio of the average delivery cost before and after the implementation of changes. The stages of restructuring the logistics of an agricultural enterprise have been identified: analysis of existing routes and warehouses; search for alternative logistics channels; transition to more flexible forms of storage; renegotiation of contracts on new terms; constant monitoring of delivery risks. It is justified that when traditional logistics routes undergo significant changes or even complete destruction due to military actions or their consequences, agricultural enterprises should implement a clearly structured mechanism for adapting logistics processes. At the same time, to reduce risks, it is important to follow a sequence of actions at each stage of logistics restructuring: analysis of existing routes and warehouses; search for alternative logistics channels; transition to more flexible forms of storage; renegotiation of contracts on new terms; constant monitoring of delivery risks.
