INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IN THE SYSTEM OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

The article presents a comprehensive study of the role of intellectual capital in the system of innovation and investment management of industrial enterprises. It is substantiated that the transition to a digital and knowledge-based economy entails the transformation of traditional approaches to resource management, where intangible assets, in particular knowledge, competencies, creativity of personnel, technological solutions, corporate culture and innovative capacity of the enterprise, acquire decisive importance. Intellectual capital is defined as an integrated system of knowledge, skills, organizational procedures and relationships that create added value and ensure sustainable development of the enterprise. An analysis of scientific approaches to structuring intellectual capital is carried out, in particular in the works of I. Epifanova, N. Magas, G. Partyn, S. Turchina, who consider it as a set of human, structural and relational capitals. It is determined that human capital forms the basis of the innovative potential of the enterprise, structural capital provides institutional conditions for its development, and relational capital strengthens partnership ties and contributes to the formation of a favorable business environment. Particular attention is paid to the study of digital platforms and technologies that act as an infrastructure factor in the development of intellectual capital and the optimization of investment processes. The article summarizes that effective management of intellectual capital requires the integration of innovative, financial and managerial mechanisms, which allows achieving a synergistic effect between the creation of new knowledge and its commercialization. A conceptual model of the formation of an innovation and investment management system based on intellectual capital is proposed, which defines the relationships between the elements of the knowledge infrastructure, digital management tools, investment decisions and the results of innovation activities. It is proven that intellectual capital is a strategic resource capable of ensuring the growth of the market value of the enterprise, its competitiveness and adaptability to the challenges of the external environment. The practical value of the study lies in the possibility of using its provisions to develop methodological support for assessing the effectiveness of intellectual capital management, determining priority areas of investment in intangible assets, as well as building models for the strategic development of industrial enterprises in the context of digitalization of the economy.
