MODEL OF COMMERCIALIZATION OF THE RESULTS OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF JOINT UKRAINIAN-CHINESE ENTERPRISES

Commercialization of the results of innovative activity is a key stage of the innovation process. However, when carrying out innovative development, there are risks associated with the economic effect of the implementation of the innovation. In order to avoid unnecessary costs, the innovation implementation process goes through a modeling stage. As a result of such modeling, we will receive predictive indicators of the implementation of innovative development. The article proposes a model of commercialization of the results of innovative activity of joint enterprises, a model of intellectual property management, as well as a model of assessing the expected level of economic efficiency of innovative development as a result of its implementation. The conditions for the formation and functioning of joint Ukrainian-Chinese enterprises of an innovative nature are considered. The proposed model of commercialization of the results of innovative activities of joint enterprises combines the innovation process, the marketing system and consumers. The listed components closely interact with each other and are interdependent. The developed intellectual property management model includes such stages as strategy, decision, implementation, organization, support and development of intellectual property business. In order to select innovative products, an algorithm was developed to estimate the expected level of its economic efficiency. It is proposed to apply developments for the implementation of innovative activities of joint Ukrainian-Chinese enterprises. The given statistical observations of Ukrainian-Chinese scientific cooperation served as an argument for the expediency of such activities. The expediency and justification of the development of Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation in the field of innovative activity, the real manifestation of which can be the creation and functioning of joint innovative enterprises, have been proven.
